West End Fire and Rescue was dispatched for a vehicle in the water with the driver still inside near Longleaf Drive and Morris Drive in Seven Lakes West at approximately 5:45 PM this evening

First arriving crews found a passenger car that had gone though a gate and was partially submerged on the rocks along the waters edge of Lake Auman. First arriving crews secured the vehicle, gained access to the patients and removed the patient from the vehicle and began rendering care until the arrival of EMS.
It appeared that the driver had a medical emergency prior the incident.
Responding units included: West End Fire and Rescue Seven Lakes Fire / Rescue Moore County Public Safety EMS Moore County Sheriff's Office North Carolina State Highway Patrol
