Caddell Public Safety Training Center and Sandhills Community College Pinehurst and Raeford Campuses.

Caleb Moore, 22, of Taylortown, was arrested and jailed at the Moore County Detention Center without bond. He is facing charges of one count of felony communicating a threat of mass violence on educational property and one count of felony possession of a firearm on educational property.

Caleb had previously served as a probationary member of West End Fire and Rescue but had been released from the Department back in mid-October 2022 for violations of Department Policies. Caleb has not been associated / affiliated with West End Fire and Rescue in any way since his release in mid-October 2022.
