As the Field of Honor wraps up this week, must remember to express our gratitude to our veterans every day. We are fortunate to be able to have many veterans in our area. Remember to check in on them and show compassion toward them. The holidays can be difficult and they may feel like they can slip through the cracks.

Thanks to the Moore County Vietnam Veterans Chapter for holding this event. We look forward to next year when hopefully there will be more than 500 flags on display.
